When another contractor needs them, the Ajeer permit issues under your company, the worker goes for the agreed days, and you earn for every day they work instead of paying for every day they wait.سجّل عمالك المهرة على شلّوا. إذا مقاول ثاني يحتاجهم، يصدر تصريح أجير باسم شركتك، يروح العامل للأيام المتفق عليها، وتكسب عن كل يوم يشتغله بدل ما تدفع عن كل يوم ينتظر.

A hiring contractor requests your workers. You see the site, the dates and the rate, and approve. The Ajeer contract and permits issue under your company name with the worker's consent.مقاول يطلب عمالك. تشوف الموقع والتواريخ والسعر وتوافق. يصدر عقد أجير والتصاريح باسم شركتك وبموافقة العامل.
The worker deploys for the agreed days. You invoice per day worked, and Shillu pays you on the day. Wages still go to the worker through your WPS payroll.العامل ينزل للأيام المتفق عليها. تفوتر عن كل يوم شغل، وشلّوا تدفع لك بنفس اليوم. الراتب يوصل العامل عبر حماية الأجور عندك.

Who pays the worker's salary while he is deployed?مين يدفع راتب العامل وهو منزّل؟
You do, through your WPS payroll as always. Shillu pays you per day worked, so the money arrives before payroll is due.أنت، عبر حماية الأجور كالعادة. شلّوا تدفع لك عن كل يوم شغل، فالفلوس توصل قبل موعد الرواتب.
Does lending workers hurt my Nitaqat?هل إعارة العمال تأثر على نطاقاتي؟
No. The worker stays on your count. The Ajeer service contract does not move him to the hiring contractor's establishment.لا. العامل يبقى محسوب عليك. عقد خدمة أجير ما ينقله لمنشأة المقاول المستأجر.
What if the worker is injured on the other site?وإذا انصاب العامل في الموقع الثاني؟
GOSI occupational-hazard cover follows the worker through your registration. The hiring contractor is responsible for site safety and supervision, and that is written into every Shillu order.تغطية الأخطار المهنية في التأمينات تتبع العامل عبر تسجيلك. المقاول المستأجر مسؤول عن سلامة الموقع والإشراف، وهذا مكتوب في كل طلب شلّوا.
Can I set different rates for different trades?أقدر أحط أسعار مختلفة لكل مهنة؟
Yes. Each worker card carries its own day rate and availability. You can also set a minimum number of days per request.نعم. كل بطاقة عامل لها سعرها اليومي وتوفّرها. وتقدر تحط حد أدنى لعدد الأيام في كل طلب.
